Unhitched LLC

Unhitched will be serving specialty non-alcoholic dirty sodas from our adorable converted horse trailer. Our drinks are crafted with soda bases, flavored syrups, citrus, fruit, and optional cream. Guests can choose from our curated signature flavors or create their own custom combinations.

All beverages are family-friendly and served ice-cold in 16oz cups for $6. One of our most popular flavor combinations is a Dr. Pepper base with coconut syrup and a splash of cream.

Our mobile setup is a converted horse trailer that is approximately 10 feet long. When we open the rear service door (which we typically do for events), the total service footprint becomes approximately 14 feet across, which is slightly larger than the designated booth size. We wanted to be transparent about this and are happy to work with the festival team on placement or layout adjustments to ensure it fits well within the festival footprint.

For power, we are able to provide and operate our own generator if needed, so we do not need to rely on festival power access unless preferred/available. This setup was discussed previously with John, and I was advised to just put this info on the application.
