Exhibitor Applications

The 2026 Land of the Loon Festival marks our 48th Anniversary Celebration. We are a juried show and pride ourselves on the quality and variety of our unique handcrafted items that are on display. All work should be hand-crafted and exhibited by the artist as stated in our by-laws below.

By-Laws: ARTICLE XI – Section 1 – – Craft Entries

  1. All art and craft items exhibited or sold at the Land of the Loon Festival should be hand-crafted by the exhibitor. No commercially reproduced articles will be allowed. No Direct Sales/MLM articles will be allowed.
  2. Maximum number of booths shall be determined by the governing board.
  3. All exhibit booth registrations are juried and reviewed by the Registration Committee.
  4. Entrants, once accepted, automatically receive an application for the following year’s festival if they met Festival guidelines and did attend the Festival.
  5. If a discrepancy is found during the Festival, the Registration Committee and/or Festival Coordinator has the authority to close down all or part of the booth.
  6. No refunds will be given after May 15, 2026. Without giving prior notice to the committee, no-shows will not be invited back.

All artists participating, including past artists, will need to submit a maximum of three photographs showing work to be displayed (NO SLIDES OR DVDs OR YOUR APPLICATION WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED). Please don’t send samples of work. If application is refused, fee will be refunded. Festival Quality Control Committee retains the right of acceptance or refusal.

Booth set-ups:

  • Single booth – 10 ft. wide X 12 ft. deep = $175 fee
  • Double booth – 20 ft. wide X 12 ft. deep = $350 fee

There will be NO PARKING allowed in the Park. Exhibitors will be allowed to store a reasonable amount of their product behind their booth if they wish to do so.

All exhibitors must follow local and state health regulations as well as electrical and plumbing codes. The festival reserves the right to remove any exhibitor from the Festival that is not following necessary codes or regulations.

Festival Hours: Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors must be present during Festival hours both days.
Security: Professional security is provided Friday and Saturday nights.
