A Minnesota author of eight award-winning maritime mysteries set on the cost of Maine, where I have sailed since 1995. I also wrote a MN series set in Grand Marais/Grand Portage area that features an Ojibwe (Anishinaabe) protagonist. As an author, I create rich, visual settings and well-developed characters that draw in my readers.  Minnesotans love their local authors, and I have been a popular presence at art and craft festivals throughout MN for many years.
